(Ausimont), the Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from Italy. The period of review is August 1, 1998, through July 31, 1999. We preliminarily find that sales have not been made below normal value (NV). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct the Customs Service to assess no antidumping duties on the subject merchandise exported by Ausimont. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
