| 00-11597 | Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From the Netherlands: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review | Notice | In response to requests from the petitioners and respondent, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from the Netherlands. The review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States during the period August 1, 1998 through July 31, 1999. The sole respondent did not respond to our supplemental questionnaire and subsequently withdrew from this review. As a result, we are basing our preliminary results on adverse facts available. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess antidumping duties on entries during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
