This AD requires you to inspect all Nicopress<SUP>TM</SUP> sleeve terminal ends for correct size compression, with adjustment or replacement, as necessary. This AD results from a report of the rudder cable slipping out of the Nicopress<SUP>TM</SUP> sleeve while one of the affected airplanes was landing. The actions specified by this AD are intended to detect and correct improper crimping of the Nicopress<SUP>TM</SUP> sleeve, which could cause a control cable to slip from the sleeve.
