Public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in IRS regulation 26 CFR 1.501(c) may submit proposals to (A) recruit and select youth participants in Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Montenegro or (B) provide the youth with a U.S.-based project focused on civic education, leadership, and community activism, or (C) both. Organizations should apply to implement a grant for at least 24 of the 60 participants.
