The primary focus of the quality improvement partnerships will be six national clinical topics, including acute myocardial infarction, breast cancer, diabetes, heart failure, pneumonia, and stroke. We view this meeting as an opportunity to develop partnerships with the provider, practitioner, plan, purchaser and beneficiary communities.
