Public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in IRS regulation 26 CFR 1.501(c) may submit proposals to provide administrative and program services for the Fulbright Teacher and Administrator Exchange Program. The total FY2001 grant award for program and administrative expenses may not exceed $1,322,000.
