TTB-2010-0003 TTB Establishment of the Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak Viticultural Area Rulemaking 2018-12-13T16:19:40Z 0b00006480af5a8d 1513-AB41 In response to a petition from local wine industry members, this rulemaking action originally proposed to establish the 4,600-acre "Pine Mountain-Mayacmas" American viticultural area in portions of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties, California. Due to opposition to the use of the term "Mayacmas" in the viticultural area's name from some regional wine industry members and trade associations, the original petitioners modified the name of the viticultural area to "Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak," and the area's proposed boundary was slightly modified as well. See the final rule, T.D. TTB-96, for a full discussion of the viticultural area's name issue.     ["wine", "American viticultural areas", "viticultural areas", "labeling", "Pine Mountain-Mayacmas", "Mendocino County", "Sonoma County", "California", "Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak", "Mayacmas", "Cloverdale Peak", "Pine Mountain"]         {"displayProperties": [], "keywords": ["wine", "American viticultural areas", "viticultural areas", "labeling", "Pine Mountain-Mayacmas", "Mendocino County", "Sonoma County", "California", "Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak", "Mayacmas", "Cloverdale Peak", "Pine Mountain"], "modifyDate": "2018-12-13T16:19:40Z", "dkAbstract": "In response to a petition from local wine industry members, this rulemaking action originally proposed to establish the 4,600-acre \"Pine Mountain-Mayacmas\" American viticultural area in portions of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties, California.
