The Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (Ticket Act) established the TTW program to “allow individuals with disabilities to seek the services necessary to obtain and retain employment and reduce their dependency on cash benefit programs.” We would like to clarify the purpose of and the rules for our TTW program, as part of our ongoing effort to help our beneficiaries find and maintain employment that leads to increased independence and enhanced productivity.
