| SBA-2023-0012 | SBA | ALP Express Pilot to Permanent Status | Nonrulemaking | 2024-12-19T11:58:19Z | 0b00006485f4a504 | SBA is introducing a new pilot loan program (ALP Express Pilot) that extends the increased delegated authority that the Economic Aid to Hard-hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, Pub. L. 116–260 (Economic Aid Act) provided to Certified Development Companies (CDCs) participating in the Accredited Lenders Program for 504 loans of $500,00 or less. These increased delegated authorities (ALP Express authority) were implemented by SBA with an interim final rule published in the Federal Register (87 FR 37979), with additional guidance available in SBA’s ALP Express Guide 1.2 (ALP Express Guide). The ALP Express Pilot also waives certain restrictions and other limitations on making ALP Express loans. The extension of ALP Express delegated authority through the ALP Express Pilot beyond the current September 30, 2023, expiration date will allow CDCs to continue using ALP Express authority to make these loans while allowing SBA to continue to monitor the use of ALP Express authority by ALP CDCs and its impact. | Financial Assistance | {"displayProperties": [{"name": "abstract", "label": "Summary", "tooltip": "Describes an agency's specific regulatory action; equivalents: Abstract, Description, Docket Subject, General Info, Summary."}, {"name": "program", "label": "Program Office", "tooltip": "The agency specific program associated with the docket (regulatory action); equivalents: Docket Item Code, Location."}], "keywords": null, "modifyDate": "2024-12-19T11:58:19Z", "dkAbstract": "SBA is introducing a new pilot loan program (ALP Express Pilot) that extends the increased delegated authority that the Economic Aid to Hard-hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, Pub.
