SBA-2023-0012 SBA ALP Express Pilot to Permanent Status Nonrulemaking 2024-12-19T11:58:19Z 0b00006485f4a504   SBA is introducing a new pilot loan program (ALP Express Pilot) that extends the increased delegated authority that the Economic Aid to Hard-hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, Pub. L. 116–260 (Economic Aid Act) provided to Certified Development Companies (CDCs) participating in the Accredited Lenders Program for 504 loans of $500,00 or less. These increased delegated authorities (ALP Express authority) were implemented by SBA with an interim final rule published in the Federal Register (87 FR 37979), with additional guidance available in SBA’s ALP Express Guide 1.2 (ALP Express Guide). The ALP Express Pilot also waives certain restrictions and other limitations on making ALP Express loans.
