EPA is specifically soliciting comments on the validity and suitability of the use of all new information, data, and potential analyses being noticed today. Moreover, through this Notice the Agency will accept additional data and information that the public has that may help inform the reconsideration of the beneficial use definition and provisions for accumulations of CCR destined for beneficial use or disposal.
