CLAY FULLER\n\n                               of georgia\n\n                    in the house of representatives\n\n                       Thursday, October 1, 2026\n\n  Mr. FULLER. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in memory of Wallace Meeks.\nWallace Meeks lived a life centered around the people he loved most:\nhis family and his community.\n  A proud Northwest Georgian, Wallace called LaFayette home. Above all\nelse, he was a devoted family man. He and his wife, Judy, shared 58\nyears of marriage and built a family that became his greatest legacy.\nTogether, they raised three sons, Wally, Stacey, and Anthony. Wallace\nwas also a proud grandfather and great-grandfather who was blessed to\nwatch his family grow across generations.\n  The strength of a community comes from people who work hard, care for\ntheir neighbors, and put their families first.
