The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the McCormack nomination? Mrs. MOODY. I ask for the yeas and nays. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there a sufficient second? There appears to be a sufficient second. The clerk will call the roll. The senior assistant executive clerk called the roll. Mr. BARRASSO. The following Senators are necessarily absent: the Senator from Montana (Mr. Daines), the Senator from South Carolina (Mr. Graham), the Senator from Tennessee (Mr. Hagerty), the Senator from West Virginia (Mr. Justice), the Senator from [[Page S702]] Kentucky (Mr. Paul), and the Senator from Alabama (Mr. Tuberville).
