Mr. Speaker, today I honor the life of Penny Etson\nRinehart of Olney, who passed away earlier this year.\n  Born in Utica, New York, in 1953, Penny later attended the University\nof Illinois, where she double-majored in psychology and social work.\nAfter graduating, she dedicated her career to helping others, first as\na probation officer and then as a drug and alcohol counselor.\n  While in college, Penny met Eric Reinhart, whom she married in Olney,\nIllinois, in 1977. Their marriage was a testament to love and\npartnership, filled with cherished adventures, including memorable\nbeach trips to Florida.\n  Above all, Penny was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend\nto all who knew her. She and Eric raised two sons, Jonathan and\nWilliam, and were blessed with two granddaughters, Claudette and\nCamille. During this difficult time, I hold Penny's family in my\nthoughts and prayers.\n  Penny's love, humor, and kindness touched the lives of many. Her\nimpact will be deeply felt by those who knew her and by the Springfield\ncommunity she called home. Penny will be greatly missed, but her legacy\nof compassion and warmth will endure.\n\n                          ____________________"]], "columns": ["granule_id", "date", "congress", "session", "volume", "issue", "title", "chamber", "granule_class", "sub_granule_class", "page_start", "page_end", "speakers", "bills", "citation", "full_text"], "primary_keys": ["granule_id"], "primary_key_values": ["CREC-2024-12-24-pt1-PgE1329-3"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.2801590017043054, "source": "Federal Register API & Regulations.gov API", "source_url": "https://www.federalregister.gov/developers/api/v1", "license": "Public Domain (U.S. Government data)", "license_url": "https://www.regulations.gov/faq"}
