A. DONALD McEACHIN of virginia in the house of representatives Friday, April 12, 2019 Mr. McEACHIN. Madam Speaker, I was unavoidably detained on April 3, 2019 during roll call no. 144, on ordering the Previous Question to H. Res. 281, providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1585) to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act of 1994, and for other purposes. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea.'' I was also unavoidably detained during roll call no. 145, on Agreeing to the Resolution, H. Res. 281, Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1585) to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act of 1994, and for other purposes. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea.'' I was unavoidably detained during roll call no. 146, on Agreeing to the Resolution, H. Res. 271, Condemning the Trump Administration's Legal Campaign to Take Away Americans' Health Care.
