FWS 16 U.S.C. 669 et seq., except for provisions specific to the Wildlife Conservation and Restoration program, and 777-777m, except 777e-1 and g-1. 91 FR 1888, Jan. 15, 2026, unless otherwise noted.   Yes. A State fish and wildlife agency may appeal the Director's or Regional Director's decision on any matter subject to this part. (a) The agency must send the appeal to the Director within 30 days of the date that the Director or Regional Director mails or otherwise informs an agency of a decision. (b) The agency may appeal the Director's decision on an appeal made under paragraph (a) of this section to the Secretary. An appeal to the Secretary must be made within 30 days of the date the decision was mailed and must follow procedures in 43 CFR part 4, subpart G.
