A tolerance of 5 parts per million is established for residues of the insecticide synergist N -octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on all food items in food handling establishments where food and food products are held, processed, prepared and/or served, provided that the food is removed or covered prior to such use, except for bagged food in warehouse storage which need not be removed or covered prior to applications of formulations containing N -octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide. Compliance with the tolerance level specified in this paragraph is to be determined by measuring only N -octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide, in or on the commodity.
